Client information is gathered for the purpose of communication with clients and fulfilling client orders. Under no circumstances will we sell or give any personal information collected to marketers, publishers or any other outside source with the exception of parties that are directly involved with the sale or delivery of our products.
Tracking software is used to analyze traffic to this web site. This software does not create individual profiles for visitors. Unlike some tracking services this tracking does not have a database of individual profiles for each visitor. It only collects aggregate data.

Painting - Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policies
A 50% downpayment (plus applicable tax) on the painting is required to proceed with the artwork. Payment of the balance is due upon completion and approval by the customer. Cancellation of a commissioned painting after the commencement of the artwork will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the painting's total quoted price if it is cancelled before completion. When a commissioned painting is completed or delivered, and the balance due is paid in full, should the customer want to return it and get a refund on the purchase, the painting must be returned to the artist in perfect condition and all reproduction rights are retained by the artist. A 50% cancellation fee of the total cost of the painting (no refund on shipping costs) will then be deducted from the return total, and the refund will be sent out within 30 days of receipt of the returned painting.

Payment for the order and receipt of the digital images are due before craft production will begin. If the order is cancelled by telephone or email within the first 24 hours, a full refund will be returned to the customer's credit card within 30 days. Should the order be cancelled after the first 24 hours of the original order placement, or if the finished and delivered magnets are returned (in original condition) for a refund, 50% of the purchase price (excluding postage and taxes) will be deducted from the refund as a cancellation fee. The refund will be credited back to the charge card within 30 days of receipt of the returned magnets, or of the order cancellation email notification.
Due to the magnets being a handcrafted product, there is no guarantee for longevity of the magnets due to different conditions of use and unknown durability of the combination of materials used.
